Fortunately, this frozen breakfast has fewer calories than the average Devour meal. While Devour has a history of producing delicious frozen meals, they don’t have a history of creating low-calorie ones (many of their meals are meant to be guilty pleasures). It tastes incredible, and the creamy texture is wonderful. The creamy gravy mentioned in this meal’s title is a delectable, half-and-half-based affair that gives the whole thing a sour-cream-like flavor. However, we think maybe Dvour should have called this Breakfast Potatoes with a side of Steak n’ Eggs, which better reflects the actual contents of this meal. Now, this isn’t a bad thing - these potatoes are great. The majority of this meal actually consists of roasted potatoes. For a meal with the phrase steak n’ eggs in the title, we expected more… well, steak and eggs. You’ll be surprised to learn that the egg portion is pretty stingy as well. While the stuff Devour provided is heavenly, the portion size is surprisingly stingy for a Devour meal. However, there isn’t a whole lot of it here. Not only that, but they have a soft consistency so they pretty much melt in your mouth. It comes in large chunks, and they’re rich in flavor. This is some of the best steak we’ve ever had in a frozen meal. Our mouths our watering just typing this paragraph, so let’s dive into this one right away.įirst, let’s talk about the steak portion.
